At EcoHaven, we collect HDPE post-consumer plastic waste from households and commercial spaces, carefully sorting it by color and quality to ensure premium raw materials.
The collected plastic is fed into grinders that shred it into small, manageable pieces. These pieces are thoroughly washed to remove any contaminants and mixed with pigments to achieve vibrant and consistent colors for the lumber.
The prepared plastic pieces are heated to an optimal temperature and extruded through precision molds to form durable lumber shapes. This step ensures the material is both strong and versatile for furniture manufacturing.
Once extruded, the lumber is immediately cooled in water to harden it into a solid, usable form. This cooling process not only strengthens the material but also creates its signature grainy texture.
After curing, the lumber is cut and drilled by our skilled craftspeople into precise components. These parts are tailored for assembly, ensuring a perfect fit for our furniture designs.
In the final stage, our talented carpenters assemble the components into beautiful, functional furniture. Each piece undergoes a thorough quality check before being sent off to brighten homes with sustainable style!
ECO HAVEN® LIMITED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
KK Eco Solutions, LLC (hereinafter "ECO HAVEN") warranties to the original Purchaser ("Purchaser") that, for a period of twenty (20) years (except as specified below) of residential use from the date of purchase, under normal use and service conditions, ECO HAVEN® furniture shall be free from material defects. It shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, rot, or suffer structural damage from insect infestation.
METAL FRAMES
Welds and joints are warranted to not break or crack for five (5) years of residential use, and the powder coat finish is warranted to not peel for five (5) years of residential use.
HARDWARE
Hardware used in production or assembly of ECO HAVEN furniture is warranted to not break for five (5) years of residential use.
CUSHIONS, PILLOWS, & UMBRELLAS
Cushions and pillows are warranted to be free from workmanship or material defects for thirty (30) days from purchase. The fabric on a cushion or pillow is warranted not to tear, mildew, or fade excessively for one (1) year from purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
The following items are specifically excluded from the ECO HAVEN limited residential warranty. ECO HAVEN shall not be liable for any failure, defect or damage resulting from or connected with the following:
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the Purchaser. If the original product is unavailable, we retain the right to provide replacement material of equal value or quality.
ECO HAVEN authorizes no person or entity to make. ECO HAVEN shall not be bound by any statement or representation as to the quality or performance of ECO HAVEN products other than as contained in this warranty. This warranty may not be altered or amended except in a written instrument signed by ECO HAVEN and Purchaser.
Under no circumstances will ECO HAVEN be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether such damages are sought in contract, in tort (including but not limited to negligence and strict liability), or otherwise. ECO HAVEN's liability with respect to defective products shall in no event exceed the replacement of such products or return of the purchase price, as described above.
Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
This warranty shall only be applicable and enforceable in the United States of America (excluding U.S. territories) and Canada.
Proper product maintenance is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This warranty is voided in the event that there are indications of abuse or neglect to the furniture. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on ECO HAVEN products, which are received by regular use of the products.
This warranty is effective for products purchased on or after 12/1/2024.
SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY
For service under this warranty, first contact the ECO HAVEN retailer from whom you purchased the product. Due to their service policy requirements, they may need to submit a warranty claim for you.
When submitting a claim, please supply the following documentation:
Once documentation has been received and evaluated, ECO HAVEN's sole responsibility shall be, at its option, to repair or replace defective components or furniture or authorize repairs by a third party and notify the PurchaPurchasere solution. If the faulty product is unavailable, ECO HAVEN may replace it with a similar product of equal or more excellent value.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to being returned. ECO HAVEN will provide a one-attempt call tag for items that must be returned under this warranty. Failure to return the product via ECO HAVEN's call tag will transfer responsibility for returning the product to the purchaser's cost. If product is not returned within thirty (30) days of Return Authorization, Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. All returns must have the RMA number visible outside the shipping box. Failure to return requested defective product will result in forfeiture of any credit.
